This policy explains how Marble Passion collects and uses personal data when you visit marblepassion.com or contact the studio. It is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

Marble Passion is the trading name under which the controller operates.
When you use the contact form, we collect your full name, email address, your profile (private collector, architect, interior designer, journalist, other) and the content of your message.
When you write to us by email or call us, we receive your contact details and anything you choose to share — for example project details, drawings, photographs or the address where a piece is to be delivered or installed.
Please do not send us special categories of data (health, religious beliefs, etc.): we do not need them.
Like any website, the servers hosting marblepassion.com automatically record technical data needed for the site to work and stay secure: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of the request, and the referring page. These data are not used to identify you, except where needed to investigate abuse or a security incident.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send newsletters or promotional emails unless you explicitly ask us to, and we never sell or rent personal data.
Providing your name, email and message through the form is necessary for us to reply; without them we cannot answer your enquiry.

The site uses fonts served by Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). When a page loads, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection (Art. 45 GDPR).
Any other transfer outside the EU — for example when we correspond with clients abroad — takes place only with the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR or where necessary to perform a contract you have requested.
marblepassion.com does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and does not share browsing data with social networks.
The site may set only technical cookies strictly necessary for it to function (for example, to send the contact form or keep the site secure). Under Italian law and the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante, 10 June 2021), technical cookies do not require consent, which is why no cookie banner is shown.
You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may prevent some parts of the site from working.
Links to external sites (for example Google Maps for directions) take you to services that apply their own privacy and cookie policies.

This website is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
